Guide
Day trips are only available for groups of at least 20 people (smaller groups are possible with a slight price adjustment). Up to 25 participants, only one guide is needed. From 26 participants onwards, a second guide is automatically provided. If your group has fewer than 25 people but you still wish to have a second guide, an additional fee will apply.
Guided tour rates
If you do not have a full or half day available, shorter guided tours of one or more hours are also possible. A strict maximum of 25 people per guide applies.

Programme
Starting times and programmes can be adapted to the group’s wishes. Half-day excursions can also be arranged. Arrangements with catering establishments are made by Visit Dendermonde. Day trips always end at the Grote Markt in Dendermonde, unless otherwise specified.
Transport
Transport must be arranged by the group itself.
Prices
All prices include service and VAT (where applicable) and are valid until the end of 2026. Visit Dendermonde reserves the right to adjust the prices listed in the brochure in case of rate changes by third-party providers. Payment must be made in advance in euros by bank transfer to the account of the City of Dendermonde – City Promotion.
Cancellation
Cancellations must always be made in writing. Guided tours and day trips can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 working days in advance. After that, an administrative fee of €50 will be charged.
Final participant count
Five working days before the trip, the exact number of participants must be communicated by phone. The final invoice will be based on this number; no cancellations or refunds are possible afterwards. If the actual number of participants differs by more than 25% from the confirmed number, a €50 fee will be charged.
Changes and liability
Visit Dendermonde reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodation if valid reasons exist. Visit Dendermonde cannot be held liable for any accidents or for third-party services included in the arrangements.
