In 2009, we purchased Sint-Aldegonde to return from the Flemish coast to our roots. After two years of renovation, we gave our own touch to the restaurant Sint-Aldegonde. It is pleasant to stay in the picturesque Mespelare, where we have aimed to create a calm atmosphere in a modern setting. With a combination of an extensive drink and wine list, a changing menu, and a monthly suggestion menu, we always work with the freshest and most suitable ingredients of the moment.
