In Dendermonde we have no less than 75 kilometers of cycling paths. Yes, you read that right! Hop on your bike, start pedaling and discover every corner of our city: from the dikes along the Scheldt and the Dender to the cycling routes through one of our districts. Revision of the Cycling Network East Flanders 2025-2026
Due to a large-scale revision of the cycling networks throughout Flanders, the “Scheldeland” cycling network may be temporarily unavailable from mid-October 2025 onwards. Please take into account changes to junctions as well as the removal or addition of new signposting from mid-October.
By the end of March 2026, the renewed cycling network is expected to be operational again and new network maps will be available.
